Crêpes vegetals


• Ceba, • Albergínia escalivada, • Farina d’ametlla crua, • Crêpes, • Sal, pebre i nou moscada ratllada.

Pelem i tallem la ceba, la fregim i quan estigui trasparent hi afegim l’albergínia escalivada i ho salpebrem i hi tirem una mica de nou moscada ratllada. Quan esta tot ben barrejat omplim les crêpes, les enrotllem, les posem a una plata per anar al forn i les cobrim de la farina d’ametlla crua. Ho deixem gratinar durant 5 minuts. Es pot menjar fred o calent.
